THY COLUMN is an anonymous cinematic avant-jazz project — built from a decade of study, improvisation, and obsessive listening.

The music lives in the space between restraint and release. Melodic lines that hover without resolving. Electronics that sound like infrastructure. Drums that arrive late on purpose.

The name comes from a single image: a column of light cutting through total darkness — vertical, singular, the only source.
